John Traicos

John is a lawyer with more than 30 years’ experience in legal and corporate affairs in Australia and Southern Africa.  He has been involved in resource projects and acquisitions in Australia, Africa, and Indonesia and acted as a commercial legal manager and company secretary to several Australian resource companies, including MZI Resources Ltd, Perilya Ltd and Tanami Gold NL.  John was also previously the commercial legal manager at Strike Energy Ltd and general manager at Oro Verde Ltd.

Mathews Phosa

Mathews was elected as the first Premier of Mpumalanga Province in 1994 and went on to serve as Treasurer General of the African National Congress from 2007 to 2012.  A lawyer by profession, Mathews consults for various local and international businesses, he is also on the board of several prominent South African organisations.
