Neil Warburton
A graduate of the Western Australian School of Mines with an Associate Degree in Mining Engineering, Neil has over 40 years’ experience in the global mining industry. He has held several senior corporate positions managing junior mining companies and large contracting companies, including serving as CEO of Barminco Ltd; where he successfully guided and grew Barminco both within Australia and West Africa, with revenues more than doubling during his tenure. Neil also currently serves as Non-Executive Chairman of ASX-listed Flinders Mines Ltd and recently retired as a director of ASX-listed IGO Ltd.
Stephen Miller
Stephen is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 35 years corporate finance experience in the natural resources industry. He has previously held senior executive positions with mining companies listed on the ASX, TSX and JSE, including with St Barbara Mines Limited, Strata Mining Corporation Ltd and East Africa Gold Corporation. In 2002/2003 he brought about the creation of the TSX listed Defiance Mining Corporation and acquired the Tasiast Gold Project in Mauritania, growing the project resource to over 3 million ounces.
Bruce Tinney
Bruce is an experienced geologist and project manager with over 25 years broad investment and asset management experience working in private equity and capital markets in the natural resources industry. Between 2010 and 2015 he was the Head of Mining Investments for Global PS Mining Investments Company Ltd, a Dubai-based mining investment company, where he built an African mining portfolio by identifying, acquiring, and adding value to investment opportunities, and managed a substantial Ethiopian gold exploration business.
