Founded by individuals from Australia and South Africa, AME is a professional entity which invests in the African natural resources sector, with a focus on near term mining and energy opportunities.
AME brings together the resources, contacts, and expertise of a highly skilled group of professionals from the corporate, legal, exploration, mining, and finance disciplines to execute and manage transactions and opportunities.
Boasting a world class technical, financial, and corporate team, the AME team collectively have over 100 years’ experience in investing, developing, and managing resource projects on the African continent.
Through arrangements with experienced specialist groups, AME brings a “one stop shop” approach to executing transactions and project development AME has an exceptionally good understanding and working knowledge of the African continent and through the team’s collective experience, AME is able to develop and manage resource projects.
PROJECTS
AME is focussed on putting together a portfolio of precious and base metals exploration projects across Africa.
As a result of the team’s significant African mining industry experience and exceptionally good understanding and working knowledge of local resource projects in Ethiopia, the Company has entered into a joint venture agreement for two major Ethiopian mining projects.

TEAM
AME has considerable experience investing in and managing natural resources companies across the African continent. Collectively, the AME team have over 100 years’ experience in investing, developing and managing resource projects on the African continent.
Along with our partners and advisors, we have the necessary skills, credentials and experience necessary to bring about the successful development and execution of any business plan.
Through our partnering arrangements, we will not only meet stipulated requirements, but also meet internationally accepted best practice standards underpinned by our seasoned professionals and consultants in geology, mining, mineral processing, environmental engineering, and mineral economics.
